Chef's tasting menu titled 'Tribute' with four courses: 1st course - tuna, bone marrow, arugula, fennel, cucumber; 2nd course - bologna, mortadella, ricotta, hazelnuts, brown butter, Parmigiano; 3rd course - halibut, pork belly, tofu, squash, peanuts, Japanese curry or a steak dish with vegetables and wine; 4th course - gooey butter cake, preserves, white chocolate.
